Athlete Foundations Program

In our Athlete Foundations Program we are focusing on helping build your athlete from the ground up. Our goal is to create a base and teach proper positioning and body control to build upon as your child gets older. These movements patterns and body positions will directly translate to general athleticism to help in any athletic environment. 

Athlete Development Program

The foundation has been laid, and now in our Athlete Development Program we will begin progressing your child through more complex movements and adding in external loads to build strength through full ranges of motion. Athlete development is a long term approach, so we will build upon the foundation that has been built using progressional movements that will advance as your child develops and becomes proficient through our athletic movement patterns. 

Next Level Athlete Program

Our Next Level Program is designed for more advanced athletes who have built a good foundation and are looking to take their performance to the next level or compete at the next level. There is not a one size fits all program. With our Next Level Program we will analyze the needs of your child by reverse engineering the movements involved within the sport your child competes in as well as their individual needs to improve their athletic performance. 

Elite Athlete Program

Our Elite Athlete Programs are designed for our athletes that are currently competing at the collegiate or professional level. These programs are designed by utilizing very in-depth and advanced techniques and methods to maximize the performance and potential of these athletes. 

Speed School

Our Speed School will cover all things speed! From straight line speed to change of direction and agility. We will break down the ins and outs of each. There will be a focus on progressively teaching proper sprint mechanics as well as the difference between acceleration and max velocity and how to maximize both.

Complete Pitchers Program

A throwing program for pitchers is essential to building arm strength, improving mechanics, preventing injuries, enhancing velocity, and refining pitches for optimal performance. Each thrower will have an individualized program structured towards their deficiencies and goals that they want to improve on while in a small group setting!

Small Group Hitting Program

The off-season is a good time to reflect on this past year and what your hitter needs to do to improve his game. In our hitting programs each hitter will go through a swing analysis and an approach breakdown. We will help your hitter improve his movements in the box along with the mental side of the game. Often overlooked is a hitting approach and an identity. Our goal is to not only improve their mechanics, but to also build confidence in who they are and help them become the best hitter they can be!!
