Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Club Baseball
There is a strict “No Refund” policy. There is a $500 Quitters fee for any athlete who decides to leave prior to season end. This fee and all remaining balance will be charged at time of leave. If bank/card cannot be processed after leave notice, player/family will be sent to collections.
Club Softball
Wildcat Athletics Academy does not charge a quitters fee for those who choose not to complete the season, however you will be responsible for paying any outstanding tuition if you choose to not complete the season.
Club Basketball
There are no refunds or cancellations.
Club Soccer
There are no Refunds
Competitive Cheer
Cheerleading is a team sports and is not successful when members choose to quit the team. When signing up we ask all athletes to complete the season. If you choose to quit before the contract ends there will be no refund and you will be subject to paying the remaining season fees upon quitting. If you quit after choreography camp you will also be subject to a $250 re-choreography fee.
Cheer Fundamentals
Cheerleading is a team sports and is not successful when members choose to quit the team. When signing up we ask all athletes to complete the season. If you choose to quit before your designated session ends you will still be required to pay the full session tution.
Tiny Tot Tumbling
We do not offer refunds and you will be financially responsible for the entirety of the session, even if you choose to quit. Guardian is responsible for all chargeback fees associated with insufficient funds. If you remove your card on file you will be charged $100 fee.
Basketball Skills Drop In
No Refunds
Basketball Camps
There are no refunds once you have registered.
Basketball Skills Training
There are no refunds. You must cancel your membership prior to renewal at the end of the month if you no longer wish to continue the following month.
Next Level Football Training
There will be no refunds for memberships and they must be cancelled prior to membership renewal.
Performance Factory Training
There are no Refunds, all purchases are final.
Pre Ball
There is a strict “No Refund” policy. You are responsible for the season fees even if you choose not to complete the season. If your payment declines you will be charged a $30 non refundable late fee. If we receive a chargeback fee from your financial institute due to insufficient funds that fee will be passed along to you. If you remove your payment on file you will be charged $100 fee. Any past due accounts will be sent to collections after 60 days of unsuccessful completion of payment.

Tumbling Classes
We do not offer refunds, if you start mid month you tuition will be pro-rated. Tuition is on auto renewal from month to month. We request a 2 week written notice to withdraw from a class. Please send withdrawal form to www.wildcatathleticsacademy@gmail.com
