Our winter skills camps are focused on the development of the individual. During these camps the campers will learn skills, techniques, and progressions to help them develop their skillset!!

What time does my camper need to be there?
15-20 minutes prior to camp starting for check-in
Hitting Camp
Your hitter will go through a 2 hour camp that includes a hitting warm-up, tee progression, front toss progression, instruction on swing mechanics, and instilling a hitting approach in game and in practice. Age groups will be split based off of the times listed below.
8u-12u - 10:00am-12:00pm
13u-18u - 1:00pm-3:00pm
Baseball Pitching Camp
Winter pitching camp is designed to take your pitcher through a proper throwing program and talk about pitching mechanics. The camp will focus on pre and post throw arm care, long toss program, pitching mechanics, and explosive movements!! Times for ages listed below.
9u-12u - 10:00am-12:00pm
13u-18u 1:00pm-3:00pm
High Level Throwing Camp
High Level Throwing Camp is a camp focused on the development of position players overhand arm action. This camp is open to baseball and softball players! During Camp we will focus on arm care, body movement, proper throwing mechanics, and dynamic throwing movements!!

Catching Camp
Our catching camp will be focused on the basic fundamentals of catching. We will cover catching stance, receiving, blocking, and transfer work.
